Bad attitude

<p>Yesterday i went to shoprite ses'fikile square @ Daveyton as it is just accross the street from my home. As i was there to buy few things from the store, i got to the tills and their so called Manaegr by the name of "Mankosi" gave me a bad attitude when i as her that doesn't she greet her customers? she was so damn Rude towards me and gave me a bad attitude. To think that i have been buying from that store since day one, when they first opened their store and i was never treated that way. </p> <p>Also i am not suprised by the way she treats customers, i once got the same attitude from some girl called Nthabiseng while she was still a trainee manager when i was there to redeem a rain check. It is very clear now that this new managerment has problem in delivering a customer service. Mankosi runs this store as if is her own "tuck shop" , forgetting that she is hired by Shoprite Company to provide us with customer service we expect as customers and it is also our rights to demand it if we don't see it. Serve with smile hle.....</p>
