Bad attitude

I went to the tills pay, I asked the lady by the name Nokukhanya Sikhosana if her cash register is open for me to pay, she told me its for the staff, she said that with a fringed face, I asked her if there was something wrong?,I asked if she was okay. at that time her attitude went from bad to worse. what concerns me, is the fact that she did not seem to be aware of her attitude which almost made me walk out without paying, leaving all my items on the till. <br> <br> I am not writing this because I want to put anyone in trouble, but I would want to bring it to your attention that we need to be served by people who wants to serve us, because the service I got from her was just not acceptable.
