Bad attitude

Went to shoprite Naledi Mall in Vosloorus to buy tickets because the line was very long i decided to go to the kiosk to enquire if the tickets i wanted to buy were <br> <br> available the lady who was on the gave me such a bad attitude mocked me in front of other clients when i asked her to show her name tag she refused its not like i wanted to jump the queue i just wanted to ask if the tickets were available and if the were i would have stayed on the line i have never been so humiliated in my life
