bad attitude

On Thursday I bouight my groceries at shoprite palm springs. The notify sms came twice that the store had deducted money at 14:00 pm and a14:30 pm. I went to enquire I went to teller I paid to she sent to the manager Zakhele his name. I knocked, got in his office he did nt respond I stated my case any way. He told I should wait outside for Nomsa his not responsible. I went out wait as he said nomsa was no where, I looked for Nomsa all over shoprite asking every body I finaly found her. Whn I found her she told me Zakhele can help me. I went out frm the store annoyed. I sorted the matter with the bank. Zakhele is. Rude he needs to learn to speak with customer, he is useless too, being a manager does not give a rite of being a ***.
