Bad attitude

Employee by the name of Sibongile at till 11. Gave me a bad attitude and she was unapologetic about it.... Backchatting her manager. Sibongile is not a brand ambassador, she's not living up to the shoprite promise. Shoprite is a very big brand, I don't expect such attitude..
