Bad attitude

The service I just received from a woman Machaba conny who works at your money market in shoprite phumlani mall is shocking to say the least first of all she is not friendly upon arrival I greeted her she kept quiet, then when I say am here to collect the ticket she just say I cannot assist you, provided the security lady allowed me to collect my ticket ,she call me **** and shouting stop wasting your battery (meaning the co-worker who was also attacking and calling me a **** not talk to me )she not going to assist me and when I asked if there was a need for her to do that since security send me to counter no1. She refused to call the manager and after all the manager came and instructed conny to assist and she was so angry and requesting the reference number but I advised no reference required she only ask other colleague who advised only bank card that made the transaction and ID/drivers licence. She is rude and *********** to work on the front desk. No apology whatsoever ,your service is very poor I wish computicket take the service to other chain store.
