Bad Attitude

I have been doing my shopping at Shoprite Lyttelton centre based in Centurion for more than a year now but recently I started experiencing bad attitude from a cashier at this branch. The name of the cashier is Madira Dlamini. It's been a couple of occasions that I have had the cashier throw my food while I am paying at the till. I would politely say to her that I do not appreciate her behaviour but she will continue. There was a survey that was conducted during December 2017 at this store and I mentioned this to the person who was responsible for the survey. She told me that she will talk to Ms Dlamini.

This morning (20/01/2018) I went to the store to do my shopping. Ms Dlamini approached me and asked me if I have a problem with her. She didn't give me a chance to speak because she was screaming at the top of her voice. I felt very threatened as I did not know what to do. Her colleague tried to calm her down but she did not calm down. I kept on walking and she was busy talking. I went to the next aisle and she approached me again pointing at me and swearing. How does Shoprite hire unprofessionals to assist us. Rather it's people who threaten us. Shoprite is in the same centre I work at, I don't even know if I am safe anymore. Will this lady approach me while I am leaving work and attack me? Cause she has attitude already towards me. I am even scared of approaching the management of the store as she will know that it's me that complained about her.
