bad attitide and so much disrespect

I went to Shoprite in Dube Maponya and was assisted by a lady called Smangele on till no 11 at about 18:15. The first thing she said to me was \you are going to pack that trolley because I don't have space her. My respense was that its fine because i was in a hurry.she then told me that she was not going to help me because she doesn't have time to wait for me because that was an express queue.
