Bad Attirude

Trust my message finds you well.

Yesterday I went to Shoprite to collect money from money market. Understanding that it is month end. I waited literally 4 hours. When I got to the till I was assisted by a lady her name is Thandeka.

1. When I got to the till I greeted her facial expression and body language very unfriendly. 2. I chose to ignore that. 3. She asked for my reference number with I gave it to her she then requested that I put in my pin which I did. 4. Unfortunately the person who transferred the money she is old and obviously provided me with the wrong pin. 5. When I punched in the pin and didn't go through she just leaned back on her chair and gave a straight face. 6. I asked her what was required of me again with a straight face she said your pin is wrong. 7. I asked her should I put it again she nodded and then said you must know is going to block. 8. After I have now punched in the pin for the 3rd time she just stared at me again with a straight face and I could pick up that she is now saying leave and no more questions without her even saying a word.

Now my thing is I don't work for Shoprite and I dont know how some of the services work. Thandeka expected me to know that after a customer has punched in the pin 3 time it blocks she said not even an explanation to say please tell the sender to do these intructions.

I honestly left the store very confused as to now is the reference number still sufficient or what is the next step. I honestly didn't know what to do next.

More than anything I felt disrespected and bul**** by Thandeka as a customer.

I was with my daughter she's 13 years she even said Mama did you see how that lady was looking at you. My response was I didn't even see her name tag. She is the one who told me her name"Thandeka". She said I looked at her name tag because of how she was going on about giving you attitude while you were asking her questions.
