Bad and worse service ever

i would like to bring this to Shoprite management, i was at the palm springs Shoprite today to play lottery i was very disappointed i had to wait more than 20 minutes and the cashier was very unfriendly to me she was giving me bad attitude, and the ladies are busy walking around they care about the customers there was a lady who was laughing at me as i was asking for assistance i felt like my money doesn't add value at Shoprite, I then decided to approach the manager on duty who spoke to me but i was not satisfied with her response i was told there's one cashier to help the customers of which the same cashier left her till for more than 20 minutes only god knows where she went 'i was so ****ed off ,it is for the third time i went there and i had to wait just play lottery at shoprite checkers palm springs their staff is very unprofessional they just do as they please as if they are on vacation ,their is very pathetic and disgusting,the management is visible to see if the service is running accordingly, the only good thing they know is to makeup as if they on television show to be presenters i hope they will go back to acquire more training on customer service instead of giving us pathetic and disgusting service and bad attitude
