Bad and poor service at Kwa thema square Shoprite

I bought Mamas pie brand at kwa thema Squere Shoprite on the 4th of February 2019, for my daughters lunch box.

Today I received a call from her school to come and pick her up because she was vommiting and had a runny tummy, I picked her up and took her to the clinic, the doctor said maybe its an allergy or food poisoning, but because I have bought them before I rulled out allergies. When I got home I checked her lunchbox items. Then that's when I discovered that the pies expired on the 21st of December 2018.

I took a taxi to shoprite to report the matter to the manager she treated me like I was invisible, she didn't even ask how my child is doing, she just called one of her staff members and told them to refund me. She didn't even say sorry for the problem they have cause to my child.

I don't know if our supermarkets treat customers like that . She didn't show me even a bit of remorse or even compensate me because black people don't know their rights.
