Bad and poor service

One the 15th February 2019, i was at Naledi mall in Vosloorus at your store to with draw money from the counters, so i decided to inquire at the money market about buses going to Durban. As I approached the desk I found two cashiers sitting and i greeted both of them and they did not respond, so I greeted again they still kept quiet and just stared at me. That is when i asked the one in front of why is there no response when i greet, when i am supposed to be asked by the cashiers of how they can assist me but i have to beg them for assistance, that is when she looked at me and responded very badly, rude and gave me so much attitude looking at in a very nasty manner pulling nasty faces and wanted to spite me and checked at the door and asked the security guard If there people in line and no one was there which she asked the guy two times and there were no people in line because when I went to them they were sitting with no clients she deliberately did this to keep me waiting and make me feel worthless made feel small , I have never been so humiliated in my life and made to feel so small and so embarrassed in my whole life . The lady as person who is supposed to provide service was very rude and lacked humanity and at showed no character of know of how to work with the public and showing any customer care. I felt heartbroken to be provided with such bad service , she did show wanted me what i wanted to find but in a way that made me feel that she can do as she pleases and she felt like she is just doing me a favour when all i wanted was simply to be serviced that is all , but all we get for asking for assistance is humiliation and to my knowledge that is how she always treats customers and talks to them in a way that seems as if they bothering her or make them feel like they must beg for service. She was not wearing her name tag and i asked for her name and she said she is Zanele Zulu. This issue really disturbed me as to why should we be treated this way at store where we always spend our money and get bad and rude service from staff members in that particular store.
