Bad advertising, bad servise. Bad OVERALL

I saw in Kathu pamphlets. It is handed out at the Kathu Branch. 2 x Pieman pies for R30. I sent one of my staff members to buy this. I needed 60 pies as advertised. No mention of client limits. Not on the pamphlet or on the shelf. The storeroom manager told her she can only get 3 Pies even though there are plenty of stock. So i had to buy my staff 2 x burgers at R190 per person from the local restaurant.

Please assist, or I will escalate this ASAP.
