Bad

The food at this place is shockingly bad. The baked goods are third-rate. The rolls that we bought were consistently either overcooked or badly made so that they fell to pieces and were incredibly dry and tough. The food at the deli clearly looks like it's been sitting out for days and looks very unappealing. I can't believe they can actually sell this stuff.

Besides the food quality, the shop is very obviously dirty and the staff are sometimes rude.
