awkward disgust from a Shoprite Store

am writing today to complain of the poor service I received from one of the Shoprite branches in Langa. on May 25 2016 at around 12:35. I was deeply disappointed at the kind of service that I have experienced.I have been a loyal customer of your stores for the last more then 15 years, I have time and again received great service at your store which is one of the main reasons I shop at your store. But to my surprise, I was at the receiving end of some very poor service at your store.
I decided to go withdraw some cash at one of the tills as it was highly recommended by Shoprite itself to do so rather then at the Atm to avoid the risk of being ******, being ****** from or even worse. The person sitting at the counter, who had a very unfriendly and annoyed look on her face was my first encounter I asked her if i can withdraw some cash and her first response to me was, "you know you people make me sick" stunned by her response i said excuse me! She must have seen the shock on my face that was obviously shown with horror and continued with the words "no i mean not you, the people working here she said" i ask her what she meant by that? And she was raving about how badly unorganised the controllers was and how they not doing they jobs. I told her that im just here to get some cash so i can be on my way cause it was in my lunch hour and i had to get back to work, after babbling about how much of a struggle it is to get one of the controllers for a while she finally got a hold of one, the cashier ask me how much i want i gave her the amount and rather ask me a personal question "did you guys get paid today if you want that much?" very annoyed by all of this already i just politely told her "yes i actually did" she turned to the controller now and talked to her but i was uninterested in they heated conversation and stepped slightly away and turned my face to communicate with my friend that was busy being helped at the money market. Anyways by now the cashier and controller was finish the controller ask me something which i assume was in xhosa, i looked at her for a while a little confused since i can only speak English and Afrikaans i just said i need R2000. She just said "yhooooo" with widened eyes and walked away. By now there was about 8 minutes of awkward silence's followed by the occasional mumbling sounds which i could not make out from the cashier. I ask the cashier what's taking them so long to get the money and she told me to look at where all three controllers was standing and of cause they were standing in front with they backs towards us just having a moment of no care in the world totally unalarmed, by now my time was running out and i decided to confront the controller that was expected to fetch the cash, i told her that I've been waiting now for almost 10 minutes just to get my money, and she responded indeed. She told me that she told the cashier that there's no money, i was now starting to get very upset and told her, have I now been waiting all this time just to be be told by you that you've got no cash!? By now we walked up to the cashier again for i don't know what the reason was anyways. The two of them started which was looking like a very intense conversation and when they finished with they little conversation they told me i have to wait for someone i told them i cant wait cause i need to get back to work they said they waiting for someone to come from lunch, now i ask them how much longer will this take and the controller said not long and walked away with a **** concerned face. By now my time was up and i said just leave it. And went back to work. Now my impression of This specific shoprite branch has been tarnished, and i am now no longer interested in they service.
I trust this is not the way Shoprite wishes to conduct business with valued customers—I have been with Shoprite since childhood days and have never encountered such treatment before. I would welcome the opportunity to discuss matters further
