Awful Service

On the 03 April 2023 around 4:30pm. I was at Shoprite located in Bree Street Newgate Shoppping center. What awful service I received. It is month end and there is only 2 tills open and kiosk, you could hear people mumbling and complaining of the slow service. I got to till the teller could not assist with redeeming voucher, she called to the supervisors for help who ignored her for a full 15 mins. when she eventually comes over, she couldn't help instead of saying she cannot help she walked away. Shoprite Bree street at Newgate Shopping center "AWFUL".
