awful service

On Sunday 03/03/2019 Morning I went to my local Shoprite Lotus Gardens- Pretoria which I use on a daily basis only to be treated like filth. This happened after getting my groceries I then proceeded to pay, only to get all tellers full besides one she just stood there and said they clean before they could help me. I was on the till she then ask are you that dirty that you don’t want us to clean. That my wife is filth and we are ***s.

I fail to understand how a store would not train or advise their staff that in retail customer is the main source of income, to top it off they had a nerve to start arguing with my wife, I then proceeded to pay and asked a manger to intervene, I could not get her name due the commotion but she was very helpful and calm, she is one person who showed proper customer service without taking my side nor her staff’s side. – Teller 9 & 10 09h00 in the morning I make my groceries at this ShopRite on a daily basis and our small projects are being run with products we get from this store.

I now note that I will never use a shoprite and will ensure all my business partners ( Day Care Centres ) do not use this store.
