Awful attitude and worst customer service

I have been receiving the most appalling service at Khayelitsha Mall Shoprite who works at the butchery section. Whenever I am there for groceries she always gives me attitude when she serves and looks down on people. She shouts and backchats at her customers. Her name is Rea/Riya , her colleagues always try to call her into order but she is uninterested and treats customer in an undermining manner.
