Attitude, bad customer service

I was doing my shopping and decided to get some chicken strips, I waited till everyone that was there before me ordered, when I asked her for what I wanted she asked me if I was in the que I than told her, I stood aside and everyone before me had bought so it was my turn, she picked up a packet and put chicken strips in there, a guy came from no where and said he was there before me, she didn't even ask me if he was or not she just threw my chicken strips back on the tray with the packet as if for a dog, she than spoke rudely couldn't believe my ears. Nokuthula is her name.
