Attitude and bad customer service

<p>Yesterday i came to buy some few things in shoprite bothasig marie solomons was the cashier who assisted me i told with my grossaries i want her to take out cash with the capitec card i gave her then the amount declined i then told her its probably bank charges because i just transfared the amount at the outside atm i then told her to take out less amount she said mam the amount declined theres no money in your bank i told her there is money in my account she said it says code 51 with an attitude voice i then said to her take out a less amount as i have told you i was loosing my cool bt my voice was shuttered because of her attitude because first she calls me mam then its if theres no money in my account she cant assist then today again same problem as i came to buy bundles she was the only cashier told her i want bundles 39.00 she said what did you say again ..i had to repeat myself because she does not listen she does not enjoy her job then every morning she has attitude that will mess someone else mood the manager was not there otherwise i could have gone to her because im tired of that ladies attitude</p>
