Atrocious service

Because there is no option of zero I’ll give it one star firstly the shop is dirty and in a mess you can never find anything you need because of lines going through the isles and there are empty tills which are not being utilized and the bad service I got there it’s shocking I wanted to get a red onion weighed the lady told me the person who works with those machines is not there and made no effort to find him I asked for the manager I was directed to her I had to call her myself firstly shoprite must train their employees on customer service coz those people don’t have any people s****s and we get treated like dirt please address this ASAP because it’s atrocious I rate that shop -1
