ASSAULT

My mother went to Shoprite Daku Rd in Port Elizabeth yesterday to buy matches for some school project,she then upon checking the match sticks inside the boxes ahe noticed the other one was half empty and the other one had approximately 9-10 sticks inside the box and she took out the few ones to fill up the half empty box and went to pay by the counter,when she was going out a security told her she stole the matches and she explained to him what she did...the security guy kept on shouting at her that she is a ***** she stole my mom asked him to call the police if he says so...but the security pointed my mom and started swearing at her and calling her names when she returned the same the security guy assaulted her the worst part the security guy is a "supervisor "the manager who was on duty was told what happened i am so suprised he didn't do anything about it ...is it because my mom is a woman???a security assaulting a consumer on duty and nothing is done about it...at the end they let my mom pay for an empty match box after the assault and name calling....I hope and trust the matter will be handled professionally as the "supervisor "didn't handle it well... Thank you.
