Arrogant Shoprite staff and refusal to buy sanitary towels for char

Very arrogant customer care officials. I had a compliant about the service I received at Shoprite Olievenhoutbosch and escalated the matter to complaints department because beside the supervisors bad service. I wanted to escalate the mater to head office cause i believed that it affects negatively the image of Shoprite group. I was buying the low cost sanitary towels costing R5 for charity event (school outreach) that Iam hosting. I wanted about 100 but will be coming back for more cause am reaching out to more than 400 gurl learners and I was told it's 3 per customer. I told them it's for charity and that am buying for more than 3 customers. The people that am buying for are in most rural and needs a transport fee of + R60 to have access to Shoprite and the customer care person didn't not even want to listen to my argument. She kept on saying I must listen to her without hearing my facts. I run an NGO and I believe we are the link in ensuring theses sanitary towels rea he's the poor that they meant for. Is shoprite serious about reaching out to the most needy customers with these charity Sanitary towels? Are they serious about the sovial responsibility are they have for compliance? Do they know and understand their customer.??
