Arrogant Cashiers

This is the second time I've been treated badly at Shoprite 120 End Street by the cashiers, on Christmas day early morning i went to buy some groceries, while the cashier was scanning i asked her to give me a bag so that i can start packing, she responded by saying if I'm in a hurry she would transfer me to another till as I'm annoying, I told her that she must stop being rude to me. Today 28 December 2018, i bought 2 items and pay, on my way out i remembered that i forgot to buy airtime, i make a turn and the nearest till point was money market, I approached the cashier by the name of Faith and ask her airtime she answered by saying why i didn't buy airtime with my groceries? She left me standing there and murmured something i couldn't hear. Her colleagues were watching and no one was willing to assist me. I went to the store manager Eric and relate my story, he called Faith and she changed her story saying she told me that she's going for lunch. I snapped and shouted her as the manager was too soft, she was forced to apologize. I'm advising Shoprite to train their staff well and they must value customers I don't think i will ever go there again no matter how convenient it is to me.
