Arrogant cashier

Today i went to do shopping at shoprite chamdor, we i got to the till the cashier his name is dzunisani,doesn't greet customers. When i asked why doesn't he greet he told me that I'm supposed to greet him because his a human who deserves to be greeted as well, he didn't even bother to ask if i needed a bag.. he's so arrogant he didn't even see a need to apologize for his behavior towards me a paying customer...

I'm honestly disappointed with the service there.. i doubt i will ever go shop there... all your branches in the black locations the service is terrible..
