arrogant behaviour

Yesterday a staff member was busy weighing and pricing some mark down veggies.when customers asked him to weigh what they wanted,he refused cause he \cannot weigh different things with different prices\",He insisted on that.when I asked for the Manager,he proudly told me that \"I am the Manager\".other customers got involve trying to convince him that its not suppose to be like that,but he was not interested.when the General manager came,he weighed what I wanted against his will and took the whole trolley back.\"now I will go and do it at the back\".I don't expect that kind of behaviour from a new employer,but he is a proud Manager.Don't know how he got the post.Definitely doesn't deserve it.Basics are basics"
