Arrogant and sarcastic lady at Shoprite Middestad Bloemfontein

I asked a lady at Shoprite in Middestad (downtown), Bloemfontein and if extra large eggs where available. She responded in a very arrogant and sarcastic manner that she did not know. I felt insulted and belittled. I hope the management gives my complaint urgent attention because I find it unacceptable to be treated in an unprofessional manner where I spend my hard-earned cash.
