I Seth Phuthi Mmethi went to Shoprite at Dobsonville mall around 8h30 to withdraw some cash sent through a C-number, I started at the (cigarette counter), and the retailer had no cash to assist me with, she sent me to the (grocery counter)...as I was queing, I got more sick hence I already came sick...I took a bottle of cold drink to ease me down a bit approaching the counter, getting there I was told the system is offline and had to go to the (money market).... while still with her I explained that I opened a bottle of cold drink, cause queing there would mean I had to go outside the store, was advised to talk to the security guard, talking with him never seemed to be working, I then went to the money market counter to explain the situation to a lady working there and wanted to ask to put my drink aside, in order to come collect after getting my cash, she tried helping by wanting to punch in my number, but said the system is offline.... they ordered the guard to escort me to the back room, where I'll wait for the electricity to come back and continue with whatever I came to do.... getting there the security wanted to handcuff me, wanting to know why I'm being cuffed, they ended up wrestling me, since I refused to be treated like a ********, they over powered me hence they where close to six guards....they squizzed the handcuff tight, till my hands couldn't move and kept me almost the whole day.

I've seriously been humiliated and I am still in shock and trauma of how my day went on a (Sunday).
