are you doing us a favour?
every time i go to Shoprite bridge city I get cashiers that are so rude. its as if they are doing us a favour by assisting us. I have complained to management before but there is no change. yesterday after a bad experience I called the manager Mr KHan who refused to come to the phone. why are we being treated like this? clearly no one knows anything about customer service including management. a few weeks ago I bought food that had a fly I don't remember getting an apology I was only asked if I want a refund or will I take something else. I am so dissapointed.
