Are we in the Business of ************ & illtreating customers

Today at a Goldspot Shoprite I went through "security checks" after buying. My only crime was asking the security lady, what was the purpose of signing without checking or verifying items. At that moment she looked at me & started putting my groceries - food on the floor (from the plastic to the floor).

I asked what was the purpose of putting food on the floor & requested her to exchange it as did it deliberately to prove a point. That's when the male security jumped in & told me to stop with the drama. From there on both of them were shouting at me & telling me the way to get off. Seeing that I wasn't backing off, the male security resorted to physically confrontation & pointing his fingers at me whilst both of them were hurling insults. I asked him not to touch me nor point his fingers at me. At this point the female security took the groceries from the floor put it in the bag, then took the bag & slips back to the vacant till, whilst bragging that I won't get a refund nor exchange & should leave them alone.

As I was standing there requesting for my refund since the items were already taken back to the till. They both told me the way to get off (whilst the lady on the parcel counter was apologizing for their behavior). Finally the store manager was called & the male security said "can someone go with this piece of **** & udoti lona", they all laughed.
