I was at the parking lot of entrance 5 in mams mall ,my Car was bumped by trolleys that they ware Pushing by a porter and the trolley porter was aggressive and arrogant, he was wearing Mr clean uniform and he was pushing shoprite trolleys ,I sow that is shoprite trolleys I went to shoprite to look for a manager I found him and I explained my story to him and he told me trolleys are Outsource company from shoprite ,the shoprite manager phoned Mr Noah matjila Mr clean manager he came after an hour at the store wearing shorts pants and tell me he needs my side of my story and I explained to him what happened and he told me he want to know also the side of the story from the trolley porter then we proceeded we we went to the car he took a picture of the dent and and call the trolley porter and his porter told him it was not him the trolley that bumped my car came from myb a customer and the trolley that bumped my car is from boxer then we went to Control room in mams mall the security officer said the cameras they are not working in entrance 5 since the whole of December, there is nothing she can assist us she even show us a picture of his camera on the phone that the camera is not working, so Mr Noah said there is nothing he can assist me with, so mams mall is a **** a shoprite mams mall it treat people bad they don't treat us as customers and I fill sorry for mall customers because Cameras they are not important to this security systems people they can do as they please Zoo is better than to go to mams mall Now I must fix my car.
