Appauled by disgusting service!!!!!

I made a booking on the 27th ticket ref ***E0581 which was supposed to be an evening booking however the rude and very annoyed consultant who was processing the ticket issued the ticket for the morning slot not the evening. I realised this 30 minutes before my bus took off and I was rudely told there's nothing anyone can do and I would have to buy another ticket. My mother had to go to a loan shark for R550 rand for s new ticket for a mistake that was on your side!!!!! I'm just disgusted and will never use any of your services again!!!! REST ASSURED
