Appalling service

Money market cashiers at shoprite Diepsloot mall, have bad customer service skills, I had a horrible experience today, I wanted to withdraw money, and cashier told me a story about money and machines hanging and declining, so loud with arrogance, while the other was giggling non-stop, this has to stop, everytime I want to withdraw cash they either do not have that amount or they make stories. Such impolitenss, it isn't the first time, and I doubt it will ever change.
