Appalling Service by Cashier

Today i decided to go to shoprite Alberton North to get a few things since its closer to my house, there were 2 tills operating, i stood in a queue waiting to be served a lady by the name of Nhlanhla Mtshali called me to the next open till i went found a lady very Rude with a ********** attitude by the name of Sphesihle Mchunu,i greeted her she kept quite just scanned my items i say to her are you well, rudely answered back and said i heard you then a colleague of hers then says to me do u have the extra savings card Mam keep in mind the lady assisting me did’nt bother finding that out, she looked like customers are bothering her while she needed to sit and do nothing and get her paycheck after the appalling service she gives Shoprite’s customer then she folds her arms and rolls her eyes, now i need to know is this the attitude Shoprite hires for their customers to receive, i wanted to speak to the Manager Mbali i was watching her assist another gentleman with the very same attitude folding her arms in front of the customer unbothered, she need to be let go to sit at hope and enjoy the unemployment status as she clearly has better things to do than to work for what she gets paid to do, now we have a pick n pay also close by but i chose to go to Shoprite and to be treated like this can never go unnoticed you can tell shes use to getting away with it.
