Appalling service

<p>I went to shoprite randburg yesterday on the 23rd January ,i bought a few items there amongst those items there were 3 different types of sta soft refill however 2 charged r19.99 and 1 charged at r32.99 .I called in and i spoke to Thobile who told me that i could came back today to get the difference and mentioned nothing about me bringing back the items.</p> <p>When i got there today one of the supervisors called Charl Fouche who then came to me and treated me like i was some illeterate and ended up saying to me that he is not EFF ,which i found as an insult .He said to me that they will not give me the difference since i don't have the items .He then checked on the pamplet which stated that sta soft assorted refil (asorted ) was r19.99 still he calls Connie Goodall who also tells me her version of the story .The least they could have done is get the sta softs from the shop ,scan them and check where the error is but no they thought i have time for games to be going to and from shoprite for an error that is not mine.i wasted a phone call speaking to Thobile to end up being insulted and treated like an illeterate and idiot.</p>
