Appalling bad customer service

I am hereby writing a bad review of poor and disgusting customer service that took place yesterday the 10/06/2026 around 14:24pm in the afternoon in Horizon view. Where my mother who was treated poorly and was spoken down to by a cashier by the name of Anazo. Cashier went on to speak ill of my mother who was there to get services rendered but due to the disgusting and ill mannered behaviour by the cashier i am not happy about the outcome that transpired. I need discipline to take place as this cannot be swept under the rug. The manager of the store then informed my mother that the matter would be escalated to HR of Checkers. I need a resolution as to how the cashier will be disciplined
