Annoyed

Today I went to Shoprite Brittania West Street to use a Wicode I received from P&G on a inhaler I wanted. Go to the cashier give her my phone to enter the code she doesn't know what to do. Calls a supervisor who also doesn't know what to do then tells me to go to money market and load it on a gift card. I know from years of experience with these Wicodes you can't load it on a voucher. The lady at money market asks me to enter the code on the keypad it doesn't take.

Annoyed and irritated I keft. My question to Shoprite do you'll not give proper training ING to cashiers? I left annoyed and ended up going to Checkers where the staff know whst they doing
