Angry Shoprite customer

I heard the worst experience today at Shoprite Alex Plaza. We bought food at the shop, then went to Shoprite Liquor to buy alcohol. We went outside to request a Bolt. We requested Bolt 2 times and each time we were forced out of the Bolts by taxi driver claiming we can’t catch a ride in front of Shoprite. Security saw everything and they did nothing to intervene. How can we go outside the mall with 2 trolleys of groceries to go catch a Bolt 50 meters away? I’m very angry and I’ll not go back to Shoprite if I’m going to buy groceries at their shop and after get harassed by strangers.
