Angry customer

Yeastaday I was at Sam ntuli in shoprite I went to shelves I was looking for baking I teams and I look and saw the cheap one I went to till to pay when I get to the tills the cashier scan and then the flour scans R26.95 and I told her that at the shelves it says R18.95 I went back with the packer then the packer tells me that's not the product and she calls the person who pack the product she took of the price and says to me you don't know how to read that's not the items and I told them I don't know how to read or what if it was an old lady who came and purchase that items was they gonna approach her the way they did to me we went back to tills and the cashier her name is NTSWAKI she calls her supervisor BRIDGET the supervisor told me she can't void it its not the right product and I ask for a manager they say they don't have manager wow I was so surprise a big store like shoprite no manager that early in the morning. And what bores me all is that its a new mall new staff but already their service is bad
