Angry customer😭

So angry about Shoprite moneymarket. I did a claim with NHB insurance, and i said the R400 meant for airtime can converted to a grocery voucher. I went to the shop, to activate the account, they said I should send my id, selfie holding my id card , proof of income, proof of residence, which i did using their emal, whatsapp. Nothing had changed since june 2024, can’t use the voucher because of FICA. They promised that it will take 14 days to be resolved. It is almost 2 months now. Yooh I’m drained for R300 only?
