Angry and annoyed customer!

Utterly disgusted with SHOPRITE PELICAN PARK. Bought 2 pizza bases on Saturday Prepared it for lunch while eating my 2year old baby chokes on chicken bones that were baked into the pizza loaf! I then called shoprite and they had told me that it was an isolated Incident this has never happend before and the bakery doesn't work with chicken bones as they recieve there chicken deboned, which only made me feel as if making this story up! And also which was mot disgusting is the thought of us eating on something that someone else could have eaten and who knows what germs could have been transferred onto us or my little boy! I then said Iowa going to expose them and they offered a r300 vouvher i then said I'm not taking it I'm taking the Matter further , a day later they phoned again to say they will give me a r500 voucher and a toy for my kid for the traumatizing experience we went through ! Are you kidding me? If this was worse and my baby died choking on a chicken bone they were just going to offer me flowers as a gesture? PATHETIC!

Is this what u take loyal customers for? I will make sure i expose through every means possible , how many customers went through similar issues and were paid off with a r300 to keep shut!!!
