Angry

<p>I sent my son money, he went to Shoprite Number at the Dayzenza plaza to withdraw the money. Transaction done cashier told him she doesn't have the amount requested on her till(R200),transaction had already gone through on our side. After some run around, manager on duty stepped in and told us to fetch a bank statement and money will be refunded, of which we did on arrival we were told we came late they must now phone their head office and since it's a long weekend we will only be assisted next Wednesday. Branch manager very rude and disrespectful, we had to go back yet again(3rd day) empty handed. </p>
