Good morning my name is Nomsa and i would like to report an incident occurred at shoprite liquor Dlamini, i was there yesterday around 7:10 pm i bought delush 5 liter wine i was wearing my summer dress, after purchasing i went to the security at the door, the security took the slip the after she told that she wanted to speak to me in private there's something she wants to tell me very important, so i was surprised because i didn't know the lady, i went with her in the back where they put the stock, after we were there she told me that the reason she called me here is because as the store they lost so many stock because of woman dressed like me, she's saying we stole bottles and put it under our breast, i asked her why she chose me is it because she undermined me because of the way i was dressed is because I'm a big lady wearing a dress or is because i bought a cheap wine now she thinks I'm broke or a *****. I want to know why she did it and i want heard of security and shoprite management to tell me what so i do in a situation like this and i want to open a case with shoprite management and shoprite head of security this is deformation of character, she undermined and i was classified please assist me i want to open a case i was embarrassed and discriminated by the way she took me to the back and people were watching and what irritates me the most she only did this to me while everyone went out of the store she didn't approach them so i want to know why this security lady chose me instead of others, why i was discriminated and disrespected, i asked her to call her manager and i spoke to 2 mangers the one at liquor and the other one at the main store they were so supportive and so sorry about what happened to me, but i want this matter to be escalated and i want feedback regarding this incident her manner of approached was disrespectful
