Always no stock

Hi there, our local Shoprite has a promotion on some items that started on the 24th of April 2023 & runs until the 7th of May 2023,i have been there numerous occasions & every time there's no stock or waiting on new stock, so frustrating, when i phone it just rings with no answer even worse , i think that's a tactical move to lure one in.
