After spending over 100 million on the upgrade why into the aircon still not working at Shoprite

Shoprite Chatsworth has been in existence for 30 years now and over the past ten years their aircon is disfunctional. This particular chain store has made millions over the years from all race groups. Everytime a query is raised management blames it on the Centre management.
