accused of changing the price on the shelves

I was at shoprite on the 29th of September 2015, doing shopping with my mother , we went to the store to buy soap at when we got to the ale the price was R2.99 for a knors box of soap the big one, at the time I was talking to my mother about the price the fruit and vegetables manage passed by and over heard me telling my mother about that price, when I went to pay for those soap the price was R14.99 that was not the price I saw on the shelf so I took a picture of it and I showed them the mistake, but all they did was to say to me that they can't help me because I had swapped the prices, them I asked them to show me the footage of what I was being accused of her and a lady called tembi told me that they can't because I know what I did, then I went to the office with the fruit and vegetables manage and we had an argument about this matter for close to an hour, them he told me that I can do what ever I want with the picture that I took he does not care at all, at about 13: 45 or earlier than that he them called his area manage to tell him what had happened but he didn't tell him the whole story and I feel I should tell it and get help for the embarrassed I was put though as a coustome
