Accusations

My complain is My daughter was at the mall on Wednesday 23 January 2019 around 16:00 PM with a friend and they went to shoprite to buy some staff while they were about to leave the shop, the security man stop him and he call the security lady to come and search them, cause they accused them of *****ing a ruler, the worse part they were search in public and they say the securityady said to them one of the customer saw them *****ing, I mean this a seriuos accusation and I think I think shoprite need to respond on this matter cause it is uncall for to accuse someone of *****ing and after that they found nothing on them. Kindly advise on this matter.
