abusive bad attitude
On Sunday the 27th of May while on the que to pay. A cashier gave me a loose R100. The one that was supposed to assist me shouted at me stating that I took money belonging to her because she is the one that initially asked for a loose 50 rand. I tried to explain that I accepted the change knowing that she asked her but I gave her my money instead because I saw that she was busy serving the customer before me. However I am giving her the loose 50 since I took it for her anyway. She shouted at me to a point that other people in the store noticed the tension. I eventually asked her to stop talking to me because she is being dramatic. The other cashier had to intervine and give me my money back and give her change instead which is what I have been trying to tell her but she kept on emphasizing that I took her money and I must leave her till and pay elsewhere. I found that very distractive as she did not listen yet that is a key element in customer service. She shouted while I was calm which was very unprofessional. Can something be done about such a bad attitude as a lot of people have complaints but cants address them. Cashier#0009 at 8:19:37 so64094
