Abuse to customer

Good day

On Saturday the 14 February,I was purchasing 3 pies from Shoprite Amanzimtoti around 5pm,with my friend,I ate 1 pie inside the store,and when I went to the cashier to pay for the items,I forgot to pay for the pie I ate,I had the empty paper in my pocket,after paying for the items I had the ADT guards stopped me and asked what's in my pocket,I then realised I didn't pay for the pie I ate,I apologised and said I will pay for it,I even gave the guard money,he tells me there after he is going to make an example off me,he hands cuffs my hand tight to a steel pole,For about an hour,they tramped my foot also

I told them I am in pain please loosening the handcuffs,he refused too

This is the damage that has been done to me as you can see in the photos in the attachment

Is this how Shoprite treats customers?

Please address this situation I do have pictures off my injuries
