Abuse of power

Hello i have a problem with a store manager at shoprite tonk meter junction in kwa thema the staff there is being treated badly and insulted in front of the customers which is not right so i don't know if thats how they are taught to treat staff and i have laid a complain against the store manager at their head office on 10 december 2021 and i was told they would conduct an investigation against the store manager they even took my numbers so that they would update me on the matter and i request a removal of that rude store manager cause as a community member i feel that if that store manager is no dealt with by shoprite we will not buy were staff and customers are not respected
